- When placing an order using a credit card, the zip code for the credit card must match the zip code listed in the billing address.
- USPS Priority Mail Shipping to addresses within the US for printed material (books, course packs, etc.) is free. Expedited shipping and shipping to addresses outside of the US is available for a fee. If you require expedited shipping or if your shipping address is outside of the US, please contact us for a quote.
- Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to and is responsible for any import taxes, customs duties and fees, including any additional charges for customs clearance that are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country.
- Unless otherwise stated, courses listed on our event calendar are not guaranteed to run and may be subject to cancellation. This determination is made no later than two weeks before the start of the class. Until a class is identified as “Guaranteed to Run”, we advise against making any non-refundable travel arrangements.
- eLearning and exam orders may take up to one business day to process.
